What the club is about
The club is a place for people who enjoy 3D printing and wish to learn more about it. We are commited to making 3D printing available to everyone. We have 3D printers available for everyone to use as well classes to teach people how to use them. You will learn how to use a printer from scratch as well as various other elements of 3D printing such as 3D design and modelling.
How it started
The club was started in 2020 during the covid 19 pandemic. A group of people got together to print items for those who were suffering from covid 19 by printing open source breathing aids, face sheilds, door grabbers to minimize germs and various other items. These desgins could be downloaded and printed withing a couple of hours, which is pretty incredible thing. These people decided to start this club to show others how to use this incredible technology.
